This newly completely renovated single-story 1950s bungalow in Davis Shores is perfect for weekend getaways, family vacations, or extended stays! Completely updated with new appliances and flooring, this bright island home is a wonderful venue to relax and experience the beauty and history of St. Augustine. The peaceful neighborhood is perfectly located between the lively historic district and the gorgeous beaches of Anastasia State Park.

Love to eat? The full kitchen is well-equipped with stainless steel appliances and utensils to handle any home cooking needs. A gourmet coffee bar is set up to greet you in the mornings and give you a great start to your day.

Enjoy the large fenced-in yard that's great for BBQ get-togethers from the grill, family fun days, games on the lawn, or a great escape for the family dog. You will love the privacy and beauty while relaxing from the outdoor dining, spacious outdoor couches, or a nap in the hammock! When you want to venture out a bit further, hop on the provided bikes and head over to explore the famous lighthouse and maritime museum. Take a short walk through the beautiful streets of Davis shores and over the Bridge of Lions to historic downtown for a day of exploring, shopping, or dining on the bay. This was the first time that we used Vacasa to book a home. The home was lovely, and we couldn't have asked for more. We had a lovely time and would surely stay again next year! The only little concern I had, is I felt the water in the masterbath didn't get hot enough for me. That's is just a personal thing maybe because some like lukewarm water. I prefer mine hot. Even with that I would stay there again!

Very clean and well equipped. We loved the backyard and outdoor areas. A great family getaway. Multiple step downs to be aware of but otherwise the layout is awesome. There is ample space to gather and enjoy family time.

This was our second time staying in this rental and it was still great. Well stocked, close to downtown and the beach - absolutely wonderful.

We liked the number and variety of rooms with comfortable places to sit and visit. The kitchen was well supplied with lots of dishes, pots/pans, utensils, etc....everything we needed. The youngsters enjoyed the rec room, bikes, and water equipment. Everyone enjoyed the back patio with lots of comfortable couches, a large dining table/chairs, and nicely landscaped yard. Of course, you can't beat the fact that we were a short walk to either downtown or the beach! An awesome location! We're looking forward to spending another two weeks at Thanksgiving next year... three years in a row!

This might be one of our favorite rentals ever. The check in info, the signage around the house (even a small sign in one bathroom letting us know the hot/cold handles were flipped from normal). Incredibly clean, great appliances, super close to the bridge and some great restaurants. We'll definitely be staying again in the future!
