The Space

The townhouse runs over three floors, which is what makes it work for a group of ten. Rather than everyone sharing one common area, each level has its own character and its own place to disappear to.

The middle floor is the hub — full kitchen, dining, and the living room that opens onto the ocean balcony. The lowest floor works almost as a separate apartment, with its own minifridge and dining area, which is where the couple who wants a lie-in or the teenagers who want their own space tend to end up. Central air conditioning runs throughout, and the washer and dryer are in the unit rather than down a corridor.

Beyond the unit, the complex has two shared heated pools, a tennis court, pickleball, and a basketball hoop, plus an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. Beach towels are provided.
