This place is substandard. The tiles at the front door were broken and the 1st floor tiles were broken due to leaking from the central air unit. The carpet on both stairs were filthy. Our feet stayed black the entire time. There are unsafe electrical practices in the condo such as use of extension cords and other plugs. The upstairs Tv had no remote and did not work at all. The remotes were mixed up and took an hour to figure out which went where. The microwave door is literally broke and the glass was sliding down. Very unsafe. The outside furniture has so much rust and not seatable. There were light fixtures with no covers. The dining room light was out. These are issues that should have been fixed before we arrivedbefore we came.

We absolutely loved our vacation at this resort. This unit location is incredible. It is just steps to the beach or the pool. The beach was never overcrowded and we had the most relaxing vacation in years. We liked that it was not right in St Augustine but close enough to enjoy all the attractions.

Right beside the boardwalk to the beach and steps from the pool, this was our favorite spot so far in the Crescent Beach area. Will DEFINITELY book again!

The property of Four Winds and the location - beach front are excellent. The interior of the condo itself could use some updating. However, if you are looking for a place that can hold a larger family and has direct access to the beach - this condo is the perfect spot.
