Nice home with comfortable beds and furnishings. Good, convenient/peaceful location with beach access. Really enjoyed the large 4 season porch overlooking the pond. Current property management co. was awesome.

The house was clean and the furniture was comfortable. We had no problem using streaming services on the TV at night. The location is great - not too far from downtown but far enough south the beach wasn't overly crowded on the last weekend in late July. The requests for what we needed to do was the shortest list we've ever had. The only thing we didn't see listed was which days were garbage days. It was out when we got there, so it wasn't a big deal. The pools were nice and clean (and hot). The patio wasn't usable in the summer. I'm sure it's great in cooler weather. Quiet neighborhood. The master room bed was quite comfortable.
