605 Unit was as described. Really enjoyed the views from the Master Suite and Living room. The unit was clean and spacious for the 4 adults. Their was plenty of amenities and Linen for our 2 day stay. The staff at First coast were friendly and answered my calls right away. Loved that they let me check in 2 hours before the check in time.

Amazing Sunrise views from the master Bedroom, balcony, living room and Sunset views from the other side of the unit can't be explained in words. The unit is beautiful and spacious and crescent beach is a just steps away with its beautiful sand and water. The pool, tennis and basketball are well maintained by the management and overlay it is very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend for a relaxing vacation where you feel like living in a cruise ship watching the waves from the living room, master bedroom or the balcony.

We spent 4 weeks in this condo. The stars are for beautiful Crescent Beach and Sand Dollar complex. This condo COULD be a nice rental, but is in desperate need of an update. The furnishings are grungy. Holes in the upholstery of the sofa.
The bar stools are incredibly heavy, hard to move and pretty much useless. After the first week we moved them out of the way so 6 people could maneuver around the dining table.
The only clocks in the condo are on the oven and microwave . The 3rd week of our stay there was water leaking onto the kitchen floor. It was the hot water feed to the kitchen sink. Looking under the sink it was obvious it had been leaking quite a while. Called VACASA and they had a plumber there in under 2 hours . Replaced the entire kitchen faucet.
Things I purchased to make our 4week stay more enjoyable: 4 wine glasses (there were none); 6 plastic bowls and 6 plastic tumblers (I did not want the grandkids handling the very heavy stoneware dishes, and most of the bowls have hair line cracks in the glaze which I won’t put in the microwave); a pot large enough to boil spaghetti for 6; a bath mat because the tub was as slippery as an ice rink; 4 hand/face size towels; (should have bought wash cloths, there are 6 and dish towels, there are 3) a small plastic table for the balcony to set coffee or drinks. Fortunately we brought folding canvas chairs for the beach because there are only 2 chairs on the balcony. They were also helpful in the living area as there isn’t adequate seating for 6. We used our cooler as a coffee table on which to set drinks and snacks while watching TV. Only one TV, no DVD player, no games, no books.
There is a newer dishwasher and washer and dryer. Plentiful linens and nice bath towels. The floor plan is nice, lots of closets. Fully equipped kitchen not so nicely equipped.
And the A/C quit working our last day.

Great unit with a great view. Easy access to the beach.
