The Space
At St Augustine Serenity, the ocean isn't a short drive or a brisk walk — it's right there. Wake up, step onto the balcony, and watch the Atlantic catch the morning light. The pool sits between you and the sand, so your day flows naturally from coffee on the balcony, to a morning swim, to time on one of St. Augustine's most beautiful and uncrowded beaches — Crescent Beach — just a 5-minute walk through the dunes.
The condo sits inside a quiet gated community on A1A South, making it as peaceful as it is perfectly located. Fort Matanzas National Monument and the Southeast Intracoastal Waterway Park are just to the south. Marsh Creek Country Club and fishing charters are nearby for days you want to mix it up. And Historic Downtown St. Augustine — the Night of Lights, Castillo De San Marcos, Flagler College — is a short drive north.
The interior is comfortable and well-equipped, with a full kitchen, living area, and in-unit washer and dryer so you can settle in without worrying about a thing. Two balconies — one off the living room, one off the primary bedroom — make it easy to catch the ocean breeze any time of day. This is also a popular choice for longer stays and snowbird season — everything you need for an extended visit is here.

Great location, really cute condo. Not a bad walk to beach. Had everything wee needed. Only suggestions would be bigger TV in living room as it is the only TV in the house, rooms could use a TV as well. Will stay again when I’m the area.
Excellent location, this is a second floor apartment (no top neighbors) , in the second lane from the ocean (there is also one lane of buildings between this building and the highway, so no street noise either). The place was very clean, and it has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and nice size sitting area and living room. The pool is big, and is literally steps away. The ocean is also extremely close (2 mins of walk up and down on some wooden steps), and is beautiful, the beach is huge, with silky white sand. The place is very well equipped, for a family holiday: there are even splash toys and all kind of staff for the kids as well. The area is shaded with trees, so even if it is hot, it is not unbearable. We had breakfasts and dinners on the patio, and the color of the sky was superb. We are a family of 4 with 2 younger kids, and we had the most amazing week. We would return 100%.
In good shape, clean, easy to beach. Washer dryer limited and some pots/pans could get replaced
Need new washer and dryer. The combo unit is unsuitable for a family to do laundry here. Also, need fans and TVs in the bedrooms. And need a few more kitchen utensils like a 9x13 casserole dish and larger frying pan. Also, only one towel and washcloth per person is unreasonable because there is no way to wash clothes here, it takes hours hours for this combo unit to do anything and clothes are still not dry when done. The unit was clean and beds were comfy though! And the beach was beautiful.
Unit was well maintained, clean and very good layout. Nice unit for a family with kids. Older folks just need to know that there are plenty of steps up and down hill to the beach. Beach is approximately 1/3 mile away. Door issue was a problem but sure it will be fixed.
The home was very clean and beautiful. It was exactly as described. The unit was a bit hard to find, but after we did we were very happy with our choice. It’s Not too far from historic St. Augustine. The beach was beautiful just be aware that you have to go up stairs to get there. We didn’t mind that, but handicapped people or elderly people might have to keep this in mind. Over all we loved our stay. Thank you
