Great location only a two minute walk to the beach. The complex is older yet extremely well maintained with a great pool area and easy access to the beach. Having the hot tub right outside the front door was also nice. Unit had new appliances and was newly painted and had enough pots and pans and plates etc. Furniture is a bit older but comfortable. A great value and would come back.

We selected this property since the overview stated it was newly updated and the pictures showed like it was newly updated. What a shock when we walked into the unit. The walls were all marked up and needed a complete paint job. The kithen ceiling had big patches missing. The frig was a real site for soar eyes. If was spray painted to cover up the rust. The frig was leaking water from the freezer into the frig area. Maintenence came multi times to try to fix the issue, but it still continues to leak and spent multiple times empting the water at the bottom of the frig. The living room furniture chair had a wornout hole in the cushion. We covered the furniture with towels to feel better about sitting on the furniture. Thanks for getting a new king size mattress so my wife didn't have to climb out of the hole in the old mattress each morning. The positives were the place was pretty clean and loved the location to the beach and resturants. The maintenance guy was 5 stars in greatness. If you do truely update this property we would love to stay again with a discount though!

Loved cleanliness & location! But unit really needs work— electrical outlets look unsafe— LR & guest room — need replacing. Kitchen really needs updating— tape holding Formica onto countertop in area over dishwasher. Refrigerator has Fri t painted to cover rust/damage—- just replace! . Stove need replacing as well. No pot holders or sponge. Mattresses in both rooms have plywood between box spring/mattress. Bathroom tub has large area of rust at drain - With crude attempt to cover with spackle/paint. Locked out due to keypad battery needing replacement— 2.5 hours before we finally got back in. Called customer service 3x— the last rep finally coded it as urgent. Only one nearby manager to handle situations. Would NOT go through Vacasa again. Our first & last time with them.

If you're looking for tennis and beach, tennis/pickleball courts are in good condition and always available. The condo location is great, it's quiet and clean and "manned 24 hours" by rigorous gate guards -- both good (clean, quiet, safe) and bad (unnecessary citations taped on our slider door in the middle of the night for personal property on patio (2 sandy beach chairs neatly stacked and a wet beach towel drying; 2:30 am taped to our slider!). They also require you to walk your bike on the property. We enjoyed the location, access to beach and tennis -- a few upgrades and repairs to the condo could make it a 5* experience.

Close to beach, nice, clean and well equipped apartment in a great complex .

The property was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do.
