We had the great time here! Well stocked kitchen equipments, boogie boards and beach gadgets. It is a wonderfully family oriented space and even pet friendly. Well kept grounds and walk to beach access was awesome. The 3 fresh water hoses cabana wash station with chairs past the gate is well designed and convenient. I saw a lot of family reunions happening at different units in this community. I also noticed that any previous reviews were tackled already. The customer service helped us figure that the WiFi got disconnected by our dog's cage when we brought it in and took care to ask for any questions and log any minor maintenance needs we may had found. We really liked this place.

We're a young family, 3 elementary/daycare aged kiddos and this property was perfect for our little get away. We lived in St. Augustine for a decade and moved away a couple years ago, so we knew the area well. We wanted something close enough to "the sights" but not in the middle of everything, and this property is a perfect balance. The closest beaches are rarely crowded, there's smaller (but delicious!) restaurants nearby. Would book again!

The facility seems well maintained. It is well situated to shopping, dining and easy travel access. Other residents are friendly and helpful.

When we arrived we couldn’t get into the property with the codes we were given, a kind woman walking her dog let us in after we tried for about 15 minutes to get in, once we got into the condo we could not find the condo information booklet but eventually found it in a cabinet. There was a broken side table in the master bedroom. The toilet in the master bedroom wouldn't flush properly and it would run until you had to jiggle the handle, and it has a leaky diaphragm and would randomly flush during the night, waking us up. The sliding door to the patio was very difficult to open and close. The patio furniture was so low to the ground and hard to get in and out if in the small balcony space and so uncomfortable to sit in. The advertisement said it sleeps six, and we were surprised that the extra bed was a blow up mattress that we had to assemble and eventually we found the sheets tucked away on a random shelf. The place was cleanish, there was so much dust under the twin beds in the guest room that it triggered all of our allergies. The living room furniture was a rattan set and the cushions were so gross and old and musty smelling. There were cover throws on the sofa and love seat that also smelled musty (I'm guessing from the gross cushions). We could not figure out the wifi and had to call about it. We eventually found the router in the bedroom plugged into an extension chord that had multiple other things plugged into it and the wiring was all tangled and exposed in a corner. We were afraid to plug that many things at once into the one outlet. We would not stay there again. We were actually insulted that we had to pay a cleaning fee and were never told about the blow up mattress!!!

Condo was located in a nice area everyone was friendly. Good for traveling around area and going to the ocean.
