Downtown is within easy walking distance (15 minutes) and Preserved Restaurant, Fish Camp, Ice Plant, and St. Augustine Distillery are approximately a 5-minute walk from home.

Spread out over three floors, this three-bedroom delight is brimming with modern amenities and comforts while still retaining its early 20th century charm. The well-equipped, full kitchen includes everything you need to whip up quick breakfasts and lunches or prepare extravagant dinners. Meet up for mealtimes or family game nights at the table for six, and then close out your days in the living area complete with comfortable sofas, a combination pool and Ping-Pong table, an electric fireplace to help set the mood, and a TV for streaming all your favorite channels.
