We had a wonderful stay at this condo, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. The property is located in a quiet golf community, perfect for unwinding and enjoying some downtime. The condo itself is very spacious and each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge plus. Note the kitchen has updated appliances not currently shown in the listing. It appears the owner has done some renovations. The location was perfect for our family. It's about 25 minutes from beaches, historic downtown, and the St Augustine Amphitheater. We also enjoyed a quiet day at the condo's pool - about 200 feet away from the front door. We would recommend and plan on staying here again.

Comfortable beds, good location for golf, condo was attractive. We especially liked the outdoor porch on nights when it was warm enough to use. There were a few maintenance issues that we brought to your attention shortly before we left, and we were told that they would be handled right away. It will then be a 5 start rental! We also enjoyed using the fitness facility which was an easy walk from the condo.

Good location, pretty complex. Owner responds quickly to issues. Kitchen well stocked with dishes and pans. No cable or smart TV so no national news or programs. Bedrooms need updated. Badly stained carpet and old blankets that need cleaned or replaced. Unit needs a deep cleaning.

Condo is clean and spacious in a quiet golf community which makes it the perfect retreat after a day out and about in St Augustine. Unit's kitchen appliances have been updated as well as living and patio area furniture adding to the coziness of the place. Will definitely return.
