KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare home-cooked meals and beach snacks in the well-appointed kitchen, equipped with sparkling quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances.

The dining table provides ample seating with four chairs and a banquette.

BED & BATH

Perched on the second floor, this two-story unit sleeps eight guests between two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living area.

Upstairs, the master suite features a king bed, a 40” TV, and a large window with partial ocean views. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

Also on the second floor, the guest bedroom has a queen bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a 32” TV. Across the hall, a full bathroom offers a tub/shower combination.

Providing added convenience, a half bath is located downstairs.

OUTDOOR AREA

A balcony off the living area overlooks one of four pools and offers partial ocean views. Dine alfresco at the bistro table for four.

The condo was beautifully renovated and well furnished. Everything was very clean and the bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. We did not try the other beds however they looked very comfortable and were very nice. The management company was very good to work with. We look forward to visiting again.

This was an unexpected stay as we were originally scheduled for the gulf prior to the hurricanes hitting. We were excited to still have a Florida vacation. The condo was great with nice decor and updates. The location was great because there weren’t any condos to the south and it was a protected area. The condo community was very quiet and nice. Owners were super friendly. There is a view of the beach but not as much as I expected. It wasn’t a beach front property but just a walk across the courtyard and down the stairs. During our stay there was an unusually high tide (I think they called it a king tide) causing us to only be able to access the beach during low tide without getting wet. We did drive less a mile south and had easy access even in a higher tide. Overall it was a nice stay. The pool was cold though, so be prepared for that if you go when it isn’t so hot out.

We’ve stayed at many other condos in Summer House. This was the best! Extremely clean, updated, and well furnished. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat! Highly recommended.

We stayed the week of the 4th of July and had the best time. Our three kids were comfortable in the bunk room and enjoyed the easy access to beach and pool. Condo had adequate kitchen equipment and the large dining banquette was great for our family. It’s very convenient to walk to and from the beach which was not overcrowded, even on the 4th. We will definitely stay again. We love Summerhouse.
