*** With the right expectations… The location couldn’t have been better!! The home is VERY accommodating!!! Amenities can be limited, broken, stained, hard to find, etc. Decor, dishes, bedding are seemingly random and/or just not very coordinated. Service was VERY fair and quick to respond, although not seemingly able/willing to go the extra for any exceptions. Overall, the house is not 5 +star “quality” - but you WILL have a five star stay if you place function over flair!! :) LOTS of room, plenty of seating and bedding, SPACE and MORE space!!! Nearly on-the-beach access!!! EVERYTHING to enjoy what (who) matters most!!

The single story beach house was perfect for traveling with little kids. The beach is great and an easy walk from the house. The bedrooms were spacious amd comfortable. The open living, dining, and kitchen layout had a spacious and comfortable feeling. Location was close to many restaurants, the grocery store, and a local gym.

We loved the location, privacy, quiet. Right on the beach. It was a fun place to stay. The grandkids had a great time searching for lizards and looking for the tortoise in the yard. The deck was great. The washer and dryer in the garage was nice. We will be staying here again if we ever return to St. Augustine.
