While the general location was great, for the cost the home, it really needs some care. The kitchen cabinet was broken, multiple lights were out in the home, the pool was usable but had to call and have someone come clean it out plus we couldn’t lock the front door so someone had to come change out batteries so we could. There was a nail sticking out of the front door upon entering which we had to be careful of with kids. The knifes in the kitchen were all dull and the master bedroom TV didn’t work. The backyard was nice but the outdoor amenities were not usable. It was advertise with cornhole and there was a basketball net but the balls were flat and the cornhole was plastic polyps with no bags. We were local so we went home and grabbed ours. As stated, location was nice but for the cost I would have expected better.

There was plenty of room for our family of 10. One family member had to use the sofa bed downstairs...he just used it as a couch the whole time and said it was comfortable. The beds besides the master upstairs are all full size beds so not comfortable for more than one person to sleep in the bed. There is only one couch in living area upstairs which was our meeting place for meals/family time would have been nice to have another love seat or the rest of the sectional. Bring a large pan to cook for large families. Host were great on getting another propane tank to us! You are just a block away from Vilano Beach so we just walked there. The other beach on the other side is alot longer walk to the shore. We loved that they had a propane grill, seating area next to the pool and a basketball and goal and sand toys, inflatables. Make sure to visit the lighthouse in St. Augustine and the water ferry that takes you to the fort in St. Augustine. We had a great week there! Thank you so much!

The location is amazing. You are very close to the beach, downtown and you have your own pool. What more can you ask for.
