The location is excellent; on the beach and close to many restaurants, stores and activities. The grounds and pool are well maintained. The unit itself is spacious and adequate. The furniture and appliances (dishwasher and oven) are old and should be replaced. The mattress is sagging a little. While there are plenty of towels, some other supplies are minimal, such as flat wear. When we first arrived we reached out to Casado informing them that a few items were missing. Someone delivered the items shortly, which was appreciated.

We would definitely stay here again. Easy access to the condo, and it was very clean. Having 2 bathrooms was great with 4 of us, including my 18 and 21 year old kids. Beach was a short walk on the boardwalk and was beautiful. Short drive to everything, including downtown. We go to St. Augustine almost every year, and I can’t imagine not staying in the beach again.

This unit is in a great location located very close to the pool and beach access. I did not realize it was on the 3rd floor with no elevator access but this was listed on the details of the unit. The condo had all the essentials needed for our stay and was clean upon arrival. It was extremely frustrating to get in and out of the gate without the key card but with it was no problem. If you arrive after 7 PM, you have to park and walk to the unit, get your key card, then walk back to your car to come in and park. The condo had a pet odor and when you went on the balcony there was an overwhelming urine smell, maybe a cat litter box nearby that hadn't been maintained properly. In the future I will rent units that do not allow pets to avoid this. Luckily we were down in the water most of the weekend.

My family and I stayed for a mini vacation and everything was perfect, the location, beach access and the apartment. They had everything to make the stay more homey. I only had wished we could’ve stayed longer.

Everything was fantastic. The onlyshortcoming is no elevator. We were on the 3rd floor and it was difficult getting up and down. Beds were comfortable and it was very roomy. Enjoyed it so much.
