The condo was nicely decorated. Beautiful view. Would suggest at least supplies for one pot of coffee. Especially when short rental. The master bedroom mattress has a foam topper on it. Nice idea but was to soft. Actually difficult to turn over at night. I realize mattress firmness personal preference but felt was to foamy . Also, recommend at rental time should be told only one parking space on property. This was a surprise to us with check-in info. Had two couples and had to car shuffle. Just nice to know in advance. The agency was very attentive and easy to communicate with. Would recommend Casago.

We mostly enjoyed our stay at Atlantis on Amelia. The condo was in a good location, with great views and decorated tastefully. You are close enough to a variety of restaurants in Fernandina Beach and it's an easy walk to the beach. The condo was mostly quiet and very restful. The view from the balcony in the afternoon is great and the outdoor chairs are comfortable. Unfortunately, there were several downsides. The condo was missing a number of things that I would expect for a vacation property: no hand soap at the bathroom sinks, no salt in the kitchen, no hangers in the closet, no Keurig/K Cup style coffee maker (as advertised), no facial tissues. Also, the two main grocery stores in town are currently closed for remodel and you literally would need to go to another community (Yulee) to shop for anything fresh. Overall, probably a good base of operations for a younger family but was not ideal for an older couple that wants to stay in, cook for themselves and just enjoy the view.

We loved the close proximity to the beach! It was so relaxing to sit in the deck and hear the ocean! My only suggestion would be to have something to wash things that didn’t go in the dishwasher. Everything else was perfect!

Overall layout, furniture, spaciousness… everything was great within the condo to accommodate our family of four. Boardwalk down to the beach was nice and the kids enjoyed the pool. Overall the property was very nice and quiet. Will definitely keep this on our list of options for future trips. It was not advertised as available but the room did not include any hangers in the closets or any beach gear. Just something to keep in mind when packing/planning.
