SeaBreeze Villa B

The home was very cleaned and stylish. I liked the fact that smart TVs were in each room. The pool and patio was clean. The grill was rusted so couldn't use. I wish the home had washer/dryer. The kids enjoyed their rooms and we had plenty of space.

We had our spring break getaway with the kids ruined with no offer of resolution - whether partial or not. The property offered a pool, which is the reason we rented. Got there late at night, the outdoor lights don't work by the garage. Found out the next day that the pool water was closed. Called to ask for heat, and we got several responses: heat needs to be requested 72 hours in advance (not posted anywhere despite their text reminders and such). No offer to come and offer heat for our 5 night stay. Then told that heat is not offered at this property. The pool water was 63 degrees!!! Might as well offer us a shower with no hot water because it wasn't advertised! Pool had leaves and branches at the bottom - they sent someone out to 'clean the pool' but they just skimmed the top. Sharp edges at the pool borders, and the gate to the pool was unstable! How could I safely keep my kids here?!?! We couldn't use the pool, couldn't have them play outside. All they did was stay on screens inside the house. Reached out to Vacasa multiple times over several days asking for a refund as we left after 24 hours - got a myriad of responses, one being that they reached out to a 'local team' and they will advise us when there is a response. Even after calling again, this 'local team' never provided an update. Team we spoke to on the phone said we can't get a refund because we already started our stay. Paid for my pet to come, but didn't end up bringing her, wouldn't refund me my pet fee because my stay had already started. Spent 24 hours out of a 5 night stay. What a horrible experience. As a large corporation, they could at least meet me halfway with some sort of solution, but nothing!! Will never rent from them again.

This home is nicely appointed and felt clean. It did not have any kitchen perishables (like coffee or spices -other than salt and pepper). Master bed mattress was a little worn but not terrible. We did not use the pool but was nice to have beach towels provided. Our review of the neighborhood was mixed but overall it was a good stay and suited our needs.

Beautiful home! The pool can be heated, make sure to ask prior to booking, we had no idea as it didn’t say in the listing and I only noticed pool heater on our last full day. Not too far from Flagler Beach!

This was such a beautiful and very clean home! It was perfect for our family and the kids absolutely loved the private pool! My husband and I could just sit in the gated patio area while we watched our kids play in the pool all weekend. We loved it!
