The house was very well equipped. It had everything I needed. Very clean and nicely decorated.

The home is lovely and clean. However, the pool was advertised as being heated (84 degrees). It was FREEZING and the heat was not on. I was charged an additional fee for the pool to be heated. I contacted Vacasa and they were quick to respond but said the local team had to address the issue. I spent each day I was there trying to correct this issue - or to at least get a response from the local team - but never heard anything. I still have not heard anything from the local team. If you are wanting to rent a house with a heated pool, this is not the one to rent. Horrible local customer service. Very disappointed.

House is in a great location. Perfect for trips to Daytona and even St Augustine. House was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend!

From the time we went in, to the time we left everything was perfect couldn't have asked for a better place to stay

We rented this home for five days and four nights. Upon our arrival, just an hour after the designated check-in time, we were met with an unexpected situation: the yard maintenance crew was still present, which disrupted our initial experience. However, we promptly contacted Vacasa, and to their credit, they addressed the issue efficiently. During our stay, we encountered another disturbance. On one occasion, we decided to open the bedroom sliding glass door curtains, only to find that the pool maintenance team arrived without prior notice. This lack of communication was unsettling, so I advise future renters to exercise caution when drawing the curtains. Additionally, it’s important to note that the pool area’s exterior doors within the screened enclosure do not lock, which may cause discomfort for some guests. Another incident occurred on the second day of our stay. Someone knocked at the door and left a note, though we chose not to engage with it. Strangely, the note disappeared, leading us to believe that someone must have returned to collect it without our knowledge. A more concerning issue arose in the master bedroom, where the ceiling A/C vent began to drip water unexpectedly. While sitting on the bed, we were startled to be hit by a drop of water from the vent, which clearly indicates a maintenance issue that needs attention. Finally, I must address the discrepancy between the online property images and our actual experience. While the photos of the home are aesthetically pleasing, they are somewhat misleading. The property, particularly the pool area, appeared much larger in the pictures than it is in reality, which left us feeling disappointed. In summary, while there were several issues during our stay, Vacasa’s quick resolution of certain concerns, along with the overall quality of the home, still merit a high rating.
