Through the living room's sliding glass doors is the real draw of this home: a private, screened pool with a covered lanai wrapped around it. The screen keeps bugs and falling leaves out, so you get all of the Florida pool life without the maintenance headache — just sun, water, and a lounge chair with your name on it. The pool is unheated, so it's best enjoyed on warm days.

Inside, the layout is open-concept — living room, kitchen, and dining all flow into one bright, easy-to-gather space. A smart TV anchors the living room for movie nights, and the sliding doors keep the pool always in view, so nobody's ever cut off from the group whether they're inside or out.

The fully equipped kitchen is set up for real cooking — stove, oven, fridge, and all the cookware and dishes a group needs for a home-cooked meal in.
