We rented both units for a week while we were in town for our daughter's wedding. It was a nice quiet neighborhood and amenities were not far away. Some areas were very clean (Unit A, pool water) and some were not (Unit B, around the pools). Layout worked nicely for our crew: My husband and I in master A and each or our young adult sons in the other 2 A bedrooms. Our son and his wife were in master B, their 2 young sons in one B bedroom with 2 twin beds, and our daughter in the 3rd B bedroom. There is not a pack n play or high chair so if you need one, rent it. Beds are fairly soft. Toilet paper, paper towel, and coffee filters are supplied but there was not enough of the first 2 to get through even a couple of days. A few laundry packets are supplied and washer and dryer are in the garage. All in all, it worked out well for us and out situation.

Nicely located for home base in the area. Nicely set up. The two sides are 100% separate. The walls within each side are paper thin. (I could hear my son breathing in the adjoining bedroom) But between the two sides were fine. Having a pool was awesome, despite no lounging area around it.

Exactly as listed. Very clean. We rented both sides for our family. Nice having plenty of bedrooms along with two kitchens and 4 bathrooms. Garages were great for storage. Vacasa was very helpful and quick to respond before and during our stay. Would rent here again.
