THE SPACE

SeaBreeze Villas A & B are two mirror-image, single-level villas built in 2022, joined by a shared wall and sold here as one combined booking for groups who need the whole duplex. Each side runs front door to back with no stairs anywhere, its own screened pool, its own furnished lanai with matching patio sofas, and its own full kitchen, so two families or a wedding party can spread out with real separation rather than feeling stacked on top of each other.
