We loved everything about this house. The layout is really good. For those that put there are cockroaches they are really palmetto bugs(very popular in Florida). They were only outside on the porch. We ended up renting the house for 2 more weeks. So our stay ended up being 3 weeks and we will be back again.. the sunrise in the mornings are beautiful. Love having the private beach also.

I would love to give this property a 5-star rating because the location is amazing, the house is very well equipped, and the best part is the direct and private access to the beach. Unfortunately, the house is not well maintained in terms of cleanliness. Even though customer service responded to us via text, our request was never resolved. I truly hope the home can be better maintained in the future so that we can return.

Cockroaches, very dirty, dishwasher didn’t work, broken junk sitting in the lawn. Took 4 days to hear back from anyone. They offered to move us to a condo but at that point only had 2 days left of our vacation.

We were here for a month. Beautiful views, very nice home with very good amenities. Awesome beach. On surface home seemed clean but next level cleanliness needs improvement.
