This unit was comfortable and the building is quiet. However the carpeting is very soiled and should be cleaned or replaced. The screen door was inoperable and was removed leaving us unable to enjoy the fresh air off the porch. We were told we would receive a credit for this and to date we have heard nothing. The heating system was programmed to switch to ac at 10:00 pm and since it was a cold month it was very uncomfortable. When we arrived the temperature in the unit was 57 degrees! On a positive note, the bedding was very comfortable.

Nice large balcony with two tables for eating outside. Golf course view with a small ocean view. Roomy kitchen with lots and lots of dishes. Huge master bathroom. Queen-bed guest room is an ensuite. The common area has lots of windows because it is a corner unit. Two big dining tables indoors.

The location was great, easy to get to the beach. The privacy of the beach was great. We never felt crowded. We didn't find the pool or hot tub so cannot comment. The condo was very nice and comfortable, beds great, showers were a problem...they didn't drain properly. We reported it, but no one came to fix the problem. Other than that it was very nice. Kitchen was well stocked with nice dishes, silverware, pots and pans etc....

We had a wonderful stay and loved the closeness to the beach. It was wonderful to be able to bring our dog with us. It was very spacious and it was so nice to have a friend be able to stay with us for a couple of days. The house was well equipped and it was so nice to be able to cook if I wanted to and take care of laundry. It was nice to have plenty of beach chairs and towels.
