Beach Barn

We loved that it was right on the beach with private access. Plenty of sleeping room for the family. Its location is great located out from flagler beach not to far of a drive to St Augustine or Daytona. I would definitely book again in the future

Beautiful location and nice sized house for our two families, total of nine people. Place to spread out, but also easy for meal and movie time. GREAT access and views of the beach, and house is overall in pretty good shape. Downstairs perfect for kids to have a place to hang and give parents peace. I just can’t rate the place perfectly because we had no dishwasher or one sink for the duration. After endless attempts to contact the local realtors, nothing…no texts, no calls, no drop bys. No effort whatsoever to fix something so important to a good vacation. Couple this indifference with the fact that a repairman was in the house for 5h upon our arrival, supposedly to fix the very thing that was a problem, this unprofessional negligence compromised what would’ve otherwise been a perfect stay

Looking for a place to stay with some extended family? Want to be mostly secluded with your own slice of heaven? We had the beach to ourselves most days... Saw Space X rocket launches from the back porch at night... But we're close enough to civilization to run out and grab coffee or bagels or anything else you could need quickly and easily. If you're on the fence? Don't be. Book it.

We had read reviews where construction was an issue. It must almost be done because there was no noise disturbance for us. The view out the back door is absolutely stunning! All the beach towels were a plus & plenty of outdoor seating on the porch/deck. The best beach access from the house that we’ve had in a rental. Also, it’s definitely nicer than what the pictures portray. There is no carpet. Would definitely recommend.

Great location. Beautiful beach with access. Gorgeous sunrise. House is nicer inside than what appears from street view. Construction on both adjacent properties but it did not bother us during our stay. Had a power outage that tripped circuit breaker we were not able to access.

You walk out the back door to a small back yard that includes stairs to the beach - it’s incredible! Lots of shells and a nice private beach. The houses on either side are under construction right now, but we didn’t hear anything until the last day, and it meant we had the beach to ourselves. There’s a deck and an upper deck, three 3/4 bathrooms (no tubs), one on each floor, on the main floor - a bedroom with a queen next to a bedroom with four twin beds (two bunk beds), living room, dining, kitchen, upstairs - a bedroom with a king bed and a living area, basement - a living area and a twin bed with a twin trundle bed and laundry room connected to that room.
