Just beyond, the dunes are a protected environment, home to resident gopher turtles guests have spotted right outside.

SAILMAKER COMMUNITY POOL

The Sailmaker building's own fenced, unheated community pool is just outside — a quieter, dedicated pool for this building rather than a shared resort-wide facility, so it's reliably available even if other Summer Beach amenities are ever under maintenance.

KITCHEN AND DINING

The fully equipped kitchen comes ready for real cooking, not just reheating: a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster, plus a genuinely well-stocked set of cooking basics — pots and pans, a blender, baking sheets, wine glasses, and dish towels. Past guests have specifically called out the depth of the kitchen inventory, right down to muffin tins and a crockpot, with only spices and oils left for guests to bring themselves.
