110 Sailmaker

Loved the view off of the deck and was a peaceful place to sit in the morning and evenings. The kitchen, dining and living areas were very comfortable and would stay here again. They had games, and pool/beach items available which was very nice. The two bedrooms were comfortable, and each had their own bathroom which was very nice as many other places vacationers have to share bathrooms. I will say this is not a place for someone who has issues with stairs. There are two sets of stairs into unit and the bedrooms are upstairs from living area, as well. But the level of the living and master bedroom area are what make for a great view. Just a heads up not a complaint. Again, this unit is clean, well appointed and would stay here again if needed! The best part of this condo is the view of the water over the dunes. The sun rises were picture perfect! We were there in April. Porch was sunny til early afternoon. The beach is beautiful-an easy walk. Condo comes with 2 beach chairs that are pretty rugged but still work, one umbrella, lots of sand toys, a few baby floats, 4 boogie boards but they’re all broken and I suggested they toss them. There were no beach towels. We bought 4 and left them for future use. There are 2 pools on the property but condo only has access to the smaller shadier one-not sure why. The beds and couches are all comfortable. There’s a port-a-crib in the closet that was in good shape. It’s a 15 minute drive to town so you’ll need a car. The supermarket is a 5 minute drive. I had wished I had a lot of this information before we went. Would definitely go again!!

The view and the island always a reason to come back to Amelia.
