We love AIP and visit almost every summer. This unit was fabulous and had everything we needed (except a blender which wasn't a big deal). It's quite, plenty of space to spread out great views, and a short walk to the beach. The rental agency was quick to respond to messages, and they were able to accommodate an early check-in. While others have mentioned the carpet we didn't find this to be an issue the unit was very clean and given it's a rental property wear and tear on carpet is expected. Would stay here again in the future.

We love staying at Amelia Island Plantation properties. It's beautiful and normally very peaceful. You have the beach but also the gorgeous vegetation. We love the restaurants and shops at the front of the property, too. We will be back!

The home needs some attention and facelift.

The view was outstanding. Unfortunately the condo is quite dated and the carpeting in the master bedroom is either very dirty or stained. The beds are very comfortable. The master bathroom is small but adequate. The condo has 4 levels with a few steps to the main living level but the two bathrooms are on the sleeping level. A loft is on the 4th level. Kitchen stove is electric but old heating elements are uneven and one didn’t work.
