C116 Amelia Surf and Racquet

I stayed here solo for several days and was provided with all the essentials - toiletries, paper products, detergents,,cutlery, dishes, mugs/glasses, etc. But I also found a clothing steamer (yay) and a hair dryer. In the closet were a couple of serviceable beach chairs and an umbrella. It was obvious that the unit had been updated recently and the decor and furnishings were nice. The bed was confortable. The unit was very clean and all the appliances worked. My only suggestions are to see if you can get the condo association to clean the external side of the living room window. And maybe get a non slip mat for inside the shower. Also, provide instructions for changing the temperature on the thermostat. I'm rather technologically challenged and it wasn't intuitive for me; I did eventually figure it out. I very much enjoyed my stay.

This is our 5 th time on Amelia Island and we love it. Good restaurants, very relaxing, not crowded. Although we noticed each time more traffic and people. But that is to be expected. We find the Surf and Racquet facility to be convenient. This unitC116 is the least cared for and stocked of all the other units we have rented. It looks as if he is trying to update with new furniture and microwave. We appreciated that and hope the owner will continue. We want to compliment our representative Annette. Very attentive and helpful. Thank you.
