2092 Beach Wood

Plenty of space in a nicely updated condo in a great location! Have stayed at many Beachwood units & this reimagined floor plan is well done. Only challenge is that this one, like others is musty smelling.

I have rented through other home rental companies and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. First of all the house was perfect — besides having 3 bedroomes (all with en-suites), it had upscale design touches and even a comfotable nook of a sun porch with a lovely view of the golf course and water hole. There is plenty of space to both spread out and to gather. The beds were comfy and the rooms all had fans plus the A/C. The electronics all worked, the kitchen was well-supplied, and again, the house was beautifully designed. When I had questions or problems Vacasa was easy to contact and went above and beyond in responding quickly. Their communication was above-par, friendly and very helpful. I intend to rent this house again and use Vacasa when traveling elsewhere.

Great view of the pond on Little Sandy golf course. Easy walk to the beach. Awesome & beautiful artwork of birds throughout the condo. Very comfortable & pleasant place to stay.

Everything was amazing

We have stayed on the property for a few years but this year we moved over to beechwood! We are glad we did! This rental was perfect for family of 5. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed to be comfortable for the week. Short 5 minute walk to beach! Loved the view out the sunroom and the walking around Little Sandy! The additional wet bar with ice maker was a huge bonus for cooler for the beach! Communication was fine with txting Vacasa for me. It was just great and we will rent this unit again!
