Walking distance to the Ritz-Carlton puts fine dining and drinks within easy reach, and self check-in with a new keypad lock means no waiting around after a long drive.

Unlike most condos where the view is confined to one room or a balcony, this unit's living room, dining room, kitchen, and bedroom all look out over the Atlantic. The balcony itself frames views of both the pool below and the beach beyond.

The open living and dining space is bright and ocean-facing, with comfortable seating for unwinding after a beach day and a dining area that flows straight into the kitchen for shared meals. A TV with standard cable and satellite rounds out the living room.

KITCHEN AND DINING

The fully renovated kitchen comes with sleek countertops and stainless appliances, plus a full range of cooking basics, a dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, toaster, and even a baking sheet and wine glasses, so cooking a real meal is easy rather than a workaround.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

The bedroom has a king bed with ocean views and direct balcony access. A sofa bed with a blow-up mattress is also available for additional sleeping space.

A full, private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a hairdryer provided.

Air conditioning and heating keep the condo comfortable year-round, and an in-unit washer and dryer means packing light is genuinely an option. Self check-in with a new keypad lock means no key pickup required, and an elevator serves the second floor.

The Amelia Surf & Racquet Club community offers a shared outdoor pool, clay tennis courts, a basketball court, and a fitness center, all on the beautifully landscaped, gated grounds directly on the Atlantic.

Walk down to the Ritz-Carlton for dinner or drinks, bike or stroll the lush tropical pathway outside the development, spot the peacocks living in the neighborhood nearby, take a short drive to Fort Clinch for a historical tour, or shop and dine in historic downtown Amelia.

GOOD TO KNOW

This is not a pet-friendly property. Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM, and checkout is before 10:00 AM, with a maximum occupancy of 4 guests. This is a second-floor unit with elevator access; the property is not wheelchair accessible. Free parking is available on premises, with no registration fee. Building B is undergoing scheduled maintenance starting September 8, 2026, with daytime construction noise Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM, and possible temporary balcony access restrictions; please reach out before booking with any questions.
