Sea Chase Unit 4

Since this was an improved location due to the original location.the owner cancelled at the last minute, this was a head review to finalize. So to be fair the rating is a 4.5. There were only to issues that needed mentioning, the number of hand towels in the bathroom were scarce and not enough for all four renters, the dust accumulated in high locations could use a deeper touch in the general living heights it was fine. The location by far was a 5. The two community pools were also fives in location to the unit and one was heated which made them fives. There were beach towels galore so not an issue at all, another 5. The balcony was high enough to get a great ocean view. The two weeks went by fast and the weather stayed mostly middle to high 70s which also made a pleasant stay. The sound bar attached to the TV never worked and we mad no attempts to remedy that issue. If we had originally rented this unit this review would much more detailed for the price.

We had a lovely stay!

We absolutely adore this quiet neighborhood with its own pool & access to beach. We loved the friendly neighbors and beautiful walks in the neighborhood. The condo itself is beautiful with amazing views! However there were problems (very fixable if rental company or owner would take the time): 1)A/C worked on one level, not at all in the main bedroom /bathroom and felt like a freezer upstairs. 2) roaches 3) light bulbs in need of replacing 4)bike with flat tire 5)unsecured rugs that caused tripping 6)too much decor(it was easy too easy to knock something over or off walls) 7)dryer took hours to get wet towels dry. 8) every kitchen cabinet was full, leaving no place to store food or miscellaneous.

The villa was beautifully decorated with large windows enhancing the ocean view. The balcony was so enjoyable, so well furnished, it was a favorite spot to relax! The villa was very clean, comfortable, and well appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This condo is very clean, well stocked, located in a beautiful, gated community with easy access to the beach.
