Whether you're admiring the magnificent ocean views from the balcony, enjoying the beautiful sandy beaches and cool ocean breezes of Amelia Island, touring the historic district of Fernandina Beach, or treating yourself to a day at the Ritz-Carlton Spa, this condo provides a small piece of paradise. Inside, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen, a private washer/dryer, free high-speed WiFi to accommodate remote work or school, U-verse TV service, and a combined living and dining area with a balcony overlooking the ocean.

Both the primary bedroom and the second bedroom offer king beds. There's a sofa bed in the living room as well.

Things to Know: There is a large scale state mandated construction project at this association causing noise, loss of pool amenity, workers on property, access to the condo and minimum parking. This is projected to be finished by the end of September 2026.

The view is beautiful beach front access. Space is Spacious. Furnishings up-to-date. There are two sofa beds. Great location.

Amenities we’re fine compared to other units where we have stayed. We loved the view.

The unit was comfortable and it was nice that we were able to check in a little early. The construction at the complex was distracting and the pool next to our building was closed due to this construction; however, Vacasa was notified and they were very apologetic and were unaware of the construction at this building. A discount was offered which made up for the inconvenience. All in all it was a comfortable unit for 4 people. I would definitely stay here again.

I would have given 5 stars but for the TV service. There was constant tiling on all 3 TV’s. We notified our local contact on Monday and nothing was ever done. I don’t know if is an owner issue or agent issue. I also noticed someone wrote same complaint a short while ago.

Felt like home but with a beach.

My husband and I are senior citizens, and he has some mobility issues. We wanted to find a comfortable place with a great view of the ocean to spend our 46th anniversary. This was the perfect place. It was very roomy, furnished nicely, and well stocked. The owners have paid a lot of attention to detail. We found everything we could possibly need in the kitchen. There were games and books for rainy days, and we loved the fact that they even had throws. The bed was very comfortable. It was a quiet location with easy access back into the historic district. The view from the living room and bedroom were incredible. We went on the Amelia Island Harbor Cruise. The captain was talking about the high-end development on the south end of the island and mentioned Ocean Place along with the Ritz Carlton and another very nice condominium. This was definitely a good decision.
