Whether you're admiring the magnificent ocean views from the balcony, enjoying the beautiful sandy beaches and cool ocean breezes of Amelia Island, touring the historic district of Fernandina Beach, or treating yourself to a day at the Ritz-Carlton Spa, this condo provides a small piece of paradise. Inside, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen, a private washer/dryer, free high-speed WiFi to accommodate remote work or school, U-verse TV service, and a combined living and dining area with a balcony overlooking the ocean.

Both the primary bedroom and the second bedroom offer king beds. There's a sofa bed in the living room as well.

Things to Know: There is a large scale state mandated construction project at this association causing noise, loss of pool amenity, workers on property, access to the condo and minimum parking. This is projected to be finished by the end of September 2026.

The location on the island.

Condo was clean, spacious with great view. Ocean Place was perfect location for Ritz access. Check-in info was detailed. We feel unit needs to refresh all bed pillows/linens & finishings/towels, as well as replace toilets with comfort height pieces. TV instructions were needed. Coffee pot should have auto-off feature. Master Bath L sink is slow to drain. Master shower floor is very slippery. Thank you for making this unit available for rental. We would consider again.

The view is beautiful beach front access. Space is Spacious. Furnishings up-to-date. There are two sofa beds. Great location.

Amenities we’re fine compared to other units where we have stayed. We loved the view.

The unit was comfortable and it was nice that we were able to check in a little early. The construction at the complex was distracting and the pool next to our building was closed due to this construction; however, Vacasa was notified and they were very apologetic and were unaware of the construction at this building. A discount was offered which made up for the inconvenience. All in all it was a comfortable unit for 4 people. I would definitely stay here again.

I would have given 5 stars but for the TV service. There was constant tiling on all 3 TV’s. We notified our local contact on Monday and nothing was ever done. I don’t know if is an owner issue or agent issue. I also noticed someone wrote same complaint a short while ago.
