The owners of this condo are members of the private Golf Club & Beach Club. Guests can enjoy the resort amenities which include:

• Private Pool - Non Heated note: no fitness club access

• Tennis & Pickle Ball Courts - MUST call the club to schedule court time

• Private Beach Area-5000 Summer Beach Blvd complimentary towels, chairs/umbrellas small fee. Food & Beverage concession. (Memorial Day - Labor Day)

• Access to the Ritz Carlton's beautiful oceanfront golf course: Must call to schedule tee time.

• The Amenity card fee is $125 + tax and applicable fees.

• Amenity Cards must be purchased, activated and obtained through the local Amelia Office.

Great place for family vacation!

Beautifully updated interior and bathrooms. Outstanding view of the ocean and dunes. Ample seating in main room with huge TV where large groups can gather to watch sporting events, movies and more. Oven didn't hold temperature and should be checked for accuracy. Overall a very good experience.

The VACASA staff was fabulous, very accommodating regarding parking and notifying us of additional amenities. The condo met our needs with accommodations my 4-generation family. We enjoyed the pool with poolside grill & bar.

We loved this condo. Very nice view and we loved going to the Amelia Island Beach Club pool. I would suggest putting the price of the pool in the rate that you charge. It’s right beside the unit and so nice to just walk up to and enjoy. We loved this condo and will definitely be back.

We loved our stay at 712 Sailmaker. We had 3 adults and 3 kids and the space was the perfect size. We opted to get the amenities pass, which was very convenient since the club pool is right next door. We never went to the other pool that’s part of the complex since it’s a little further away. Very easy beach access with a ramp that has no stairs (great for wagons and for those with bad knees!). We all said we would come back and stay again.
