Overview

This fourth-floor suite is the perfect place to experience the majesty of the Atlantic! Your primary bedroom has a king size bed with a separate tub, a walk-in shower, and a large and open closet. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and a shared bath with a tub/shower combo. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and updated appliances. The living and dining rooms are open with views of the ocean. This suite has two sets of sliding glass doors that lead out to your balcony, one off the living room and one off the primary bedroom.

Things to Know: There is a large scale state mandated construction project at this association causing noise, loss of pool amenity, workers on property, access to the condo and minimum parking. This is projected to be finished by the end of September 2026.

I want to compliment the management team that handles these reservations. I have Never dealt with such a competent group of people. They are available by phone for any issues that might arise. I only had small questions but they were on it. The condo is nice. Very roomy and spotless when we arrived. To stay here with the fabulous beach our the front door makes it one of my favorites.

This is very well appointed condo at a great property - ocean place at Amelia island. Quiet, clean, every amenity, beachfront with easy and private access, security for property entrance, easy parking with elevator, outdoor balcony overlooking beach, pool, condo has dishes, washing machine, updated kitchen and is fully outfitted for convenience. Master bedroom has sheer blinds so morning sunlight is bright - only downside if you prefer a darker room for the morning. Our favorite location to stay on Amelia island and it never disappoints!
