The Space

This second floor, oceanfront condo is in the Shipwatch community at The Omni Resort at Amelia Island in Fernandina Beach. The kitchen and living room are open and connected, and the ocean view stretches across the entire condo, not just the balcony.

The floor plan puts the bedrooms on one side of the condo and the entertaining area on the other. The large private balcony overlooking the ocean is the spot for morning coffee, sunset, or just watching the waves. The building has an elevator, so there are no stairs between the parking lot and your door.
