As you enter the condo, you'll be greeted by an open living and dining area with views of the ocean, a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, and two sets of sliding glass doors that lead outside to the balcony - one set in the living area and one in the primary bedroom.

The primary bedroom features an open closet and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate tub. The guest bedrooms also have private bathrooms.

Things to Know: There is a large scale state mandated construction project at this association causing noise, loss of pool amenity, workers on property, access to the condo and minimum parking. This is projected to be finished by the end of September 2026.

To begin with, took us 30 minutes to even get in the condo as the keypad was locked and the code was not the right one. The condo had a nice view but the condo itself needs a lot of work/updates. The pots were dirty, one of the stove burners did not work, the dryer didn’t work so I had to hang my clothes to dry. Overall we love fernandina.

Nice location. Building and condo is tired and beat up. Needs some paint, TLC. Would look at a different place next time. Management company was good.

This corner unit offered beautiful views, easy access to the pool and beach. The large shower in the primary was perfect for a little ones after a long day on the beach. This unit had all the amenities in the kitchen you could ask for, Truly, all the little details were thought of an available. we had a great time and I would highly recommend.
