This delightful multi-level condo is conveniently located in the gated Amelia Island Plantation, on the beautiful southern end of Amelia Island. With an open layout on the main floor with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean to more private areas like two private balconies, this condo is very comfortable for small families or a big family or a group of friends. You will be sitting mere steps from the beach and community outdoor pool. Plus, this location helps to enjoy the Plantation's shops, dining, nature center, and spa, which are just a short stroll away.

We live in Louisiana and needed to leave due to approaching Hurricane Ida. We decided to evacuate to the area to enjoy the weather and beautiful views. We had a great stay! The condo was clean and just as described. Assigned parking spaces are very small but fortunately we had small cars. Our key pad on our door did not work when we got there, but a friendly Amelia Island Rentals employee brought us a manual key right away. They had the key pad working the next day.
