Love the location and beach front

Very comfortable with the two bathrooms and a bit of a view of the water It was complete with everything we needed including dishwasher pods , soap pods, plenty of towels , toiletries packets even trash bags . You thought of everything and made the visit there very enjoyable. We will definitely stay there again. William & Lisa McCarthy

Right on the beach and so peaceful

It's beach facing & has an enclosed pool. The two things we LOVED MOST about the entire condo. Location. Location. Location. My husband and I just checked out after staying at this condo from Thursday through the weekend to celebrate my birthday. We were incredibly excited for our trip, and I want to first say how THANKFUL we were for the significantly early check-in. I had mentioned in advance that we were celebrating my birthday and requested early access if possible — and it was granted, which we truly appreciated! That said, we did run into a number of issues during our stay that we feel are important to share. When we arrived, we experienced problems with the door lock — the code had to be entered twice each time just to lock or unlock the door. This was the same issue we encountered during a previous stay at a Sand Dollar property, so it seems to be a recurring problem. Once inside, the guest bathroom was not properly cleaned. There were long hairs on the sink, toilet seat, and towels — which was disappointing, especially upon arrival. I ended up cleaning it myself. The tub also looked unclean and had a baby roach crawling in it. I sprayed it, but the next day, another one appeared. Later, we found roach spray in the master bedroom closet, which unfortunately confirmed that pest control may be an ongoing concern in this unit. By our last night, we had seen a larger roach in the kitchen and yet another behind the TV. We’ve stayed in several Florida condos and never encountered this kind of issue before, so this was pretty upsetting. Additionally, the shower doors are coated with buildup and need a deep cleaning or possibly replacement. The door handles are loose and could be a safety hazard, as they might cause someone to slip. On the positive side, we love the convenience and location of Sand Dollar properties. The beachfront access and enclosed pool are fantastic, and we’ve enjoyed staying here overall. However, given the cleanliness and maintenance concerns, we would not stay in this particular unit again unless those issues are addressed. Thank you again for the early check-in and the opportunity to stay — we hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.

We liked the condo. We would use it again. Parking is nice, no gates to fuss with. It was clean. Everything worked, except the digital doorlock. Linens were very nice. TV and wifi service were easy. View was great. Very safe. Neighbors behaved well. I think the rules of this complex.
