This two-bedroom, second-floor condo has all the essentials to spend a fun and unforgettable vacation! This retreat is located in the exclusive The Omni Resort at Amelia Island.

The Omni Resort at Amelia Island gives you access to multiple restaurants, beach access pathways, bike paths, and so much more! Enjoy the beauty of Amelia Island and historic downtown Fernandina Beach. This incredible beachfront condo features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two king beds, two private balconies, a well-equipped kitchen, an on-site washer/dryer, TVs, and high-speed internet, and access to a shared outdoor pool and tennis court.

Things to Know Be sure to check out the newly added Pickleball Court! Sea Dunes Community is doing some construction on the exterior of the building from now until the end of September. That includes some heavy equipment on site at times, stucco repairs on arches and painting. There is some repair work also being done on the pool bathrooms, expected completion date of March 5th. Please be advised that the restroom facilities will be temporarily unavailable for the duration of the project. However, the pool will remain open. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited in this community

Perfect for our short stay on Amelia Island. Traveled with our parents who were comfortable as well. Beautiful view, comfortable furnishings, Nice towels. Although we did not use them there are also bikes in the closet along with beach chairs and some other beach items. Easy beach access and wonderful views!

Loved the well-furnished balcony & large windows with ocean view. Furnishings are lovely & comfortable. Appreciated the beach towels, & 4 backpack chairs are provided (no umbrella). We rented chairs & umbrella & could see when they were set up from the unit. Infinity satellite TV & streaming access was appreciated. Beds were comfortable but could use more sleeping pillows. Low shower pressure issue noted in previous reviews still needs to be addressed. We would stay here again if it’s fixed.

We enjoyed our stay in this unit very much! Easy access to the beach was very convenient and no stairs was a big plus! Check in was super easy and Vacasa checked with us daily to see if we needed anything! We were very pleased with the accommodations and would highly recommend this unit!
