THE SPACE

Guests come back to this Omni Resort condo for a short list of clear reasons: real, unobstructed Atlantic Ocean views from the living room and both bedrooms rather than a partial glimpse, a genuinely short walk down a shaded resort trail to the beach, a heated pool that is a quick elevator ride away, and a kitchen that was actually updated with stainless steel appliances and granite counters instead of just described that way. The updated kitchen overlooks the dining and living rooms and comes with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a dishwasher, and a coffee maker. It is a genuinely equipped kitchen, not just a stovetop and a fridge, which makes cooking full meals here easy for the whole family rather than defaulting to takeout every night.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

The primary bedroom's king bed comes with its own private ensuite bathroom, and the second bedroom's queen bed and twin single bed share their own separate private ensuite, so both rooms have real privacy from each other without sharing a hallway bath.

GOOD TO KNOW

No pets of any kind, no smoking anywhere on the premises. Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM, with a maximum occupancy of five guests. This is a third-floor unit; an elevator is available. Quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and trailers and motorcycles are not permitted in the gated community.
