Overview

Surround yourself with comfort and luxury at this home in the gated resort community of Amelia Island Plantation. This home includes a tropical screened back terrace with a private saltwater plunge pool and a spillover spa.

Features include Pella windows, a 30-foot ceiling with a cupola, clerestory windows that allow for great ambient light, concrete-block exterior walls, Brazilian cherry floors, and three-panel disappearing doors that lead to the travertine pool terrace (with an option to heat the pool and spill over spa). Enjoy an outdoor kitchen and a top-of-the-line indoor kitchen with a breakfast bar that opens to the formal dining space.

At night, you'll find that all of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, including the dual primary suites. A fifth bonus space has a balcony with a view of the pool below.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

The fireplace is not operational.

The pool is serviced every Tuesday, yard/landscaping serviced every Friday

Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited in this community.

The pool and spill over spa can be heated for an add on feature for $75 per night. We need 3 days advance notice to heat the pool area.

This home with an indoor pool and 4 bedrooms (2 with ensuite bathrooms and one with 2 twin beds) was the perfect spot for our family of four, my sister and father to gather in Amelia. The home is located in the Omni Amelia Island resort - our favorite place to stay on Amelia Island. Because my Dad was traveling with us, we opted for a home instead of a condo this time. Everything that we needed for kids (ages 6 and 3 in our case) was in this house. It is a 7 minute walk to the beach from the front door. We rented a golf cart to get to the restaurants, shopping and hotel on the resort. The house has a washer and dryer on both levels, full kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to prepare and serve meals for the whole family. We will definitely consider renting this home again. We loved it.

Beautiful home but needs much better maintenance. Don't pay the $400 to heat the pool. We did so, but when we arrived, the pool contractors said the water had not been cleaned in a while (possibly months). Half way through our visit, they came to treat the water but said not to swim in the pool for several more hours. Vacasa wouldn't refund the $400. In addition, the outdoor gas stove didn't work. Don't buy groceries expecting to grill out.

There are plenty of rooms (and bathrooms) in this house! The master bedrooms upstairs and downstairs were a big plus for us. We had six adults and a baby, and we had all of the room that we needed. The beach access was right across the road, so that made getting there easy. (Getting to the beach from anywhere on the Omni property is a haul!) We had issues with the A/C upstairs - a bigger unit or something is needed because the current one cannot keep up with the heat and the temp upstairs would rise during the day. It would stay very warm upstairs until later in the night. The dryer upstairs didn’t work, and we found large flying ants everywhere. However, I cannot say enough about Vacasa and their response to anything we asked about! I will use them again!
