- Beautiful Landscaping: The Carriage house sits atop the garage of the main house on the property. The surrounding landscaping is meticulously maintained and enhances the natural beauty of the mountain setting. While the common areas outside of the main home are for the use of the guests of the main home, you will certainly enjoy the vibrant colors of the seasonal flowers and the changing colors of aspens and gamble oaks as you make your way to and from the Carriage house entrance.

- Stunning Views: Breathtaking vistas of the the surrounding valley and Timpanogos mountain range can be found through the windows of the hidden outlook room. Large windows throughout the carriage house ensure you never miss a moment of the stunning scenery, whether you're relaxing in the living room, enjoying a meal in the dining area, or luxuriating in the large plush king bed.

While the outdoor common areas, fire pits, decks and hot tub are for the use of the guests of the main house only, check with your host who will gladly allow use of these areas if there is no guest booked at the main house.

- Sleeping: 1 open studio bedroom king bed and a super fun ladder access twin bed sleeping area for the adventurous kid or teenager half way up to the hidden outlook!

Living areas: A generous living room area in the studio with large stone fireplace, large windows and a cozy breakfast nook with views of the surrounding outside beauty. This studio has an amazing ensuite bathroom with free standing tub and glass shower enclosure as well as a full laundry area.

• Note that the Carriage House does not have air conditioning. Some summer months can be warm but opening several windows for a cross breeze will usually cool the carriage house down to a comfortable temperature during the day and at night it gets rather cool even in the summer.
