This is a cute house very quiet. There is no WiFi (but instructions for the WiFi on the guest letter that was left on the refrigerator, about 20 minutes to the entertainment beach, margarita resort and restaurants which was fine. We did not have access to the grill when I called to get the code I was told it did not come with the property even though the instructions said the grill must be cleaned before we leave . I’m not sure what type of bugs the house has in the inside but my husband and I both are ate up with bite my arms feet and face. I felt things bitting me in my sleep. I wish I could send pictures I sent the pictures to the lady that I had been communicating with before we left and there was no response!

Our group enjoyed watching the ins and outs of the tugboats, barges, and occasional boats.....fascinating to watch. And the evening sunsets were beautiful! Several people came to fish but never was there any noise or disturbances of any kind. 95% of them waived as they passed by. Overall the home was immaculate and the property was well taken care of. The only things lacking were wifi(which I was told about up front) and a dumbwaiter or lift. You can definitely get a workout going up and down the stairs multiple times. We will definitely be back!

Loved the tug boats. Low chug of the harbor. In the middle of nowhere. Quiet, beautiful sun rises and sun set. Super clean . Felt like I was bringing the property vaule down just being on the place. High class and private and good prices

Away from other houses so nice and quiet and only a short drive to a beach. Very clean and comfortable. Has washer and dryer which is nice to be able to wash your clothes.
