Serenity Villa

This little retreat was the perfect fit for our group of 5 for a long weekend. The house was very clean and felt very put together and comfortable just as my own home feels. The house was decorated beautifully. There were games and puzzles for the kids. The kitchen was well stocked with pots pans and dinnerware. The mattresses were very comfortable; all three king size beds and we all had a wonderful night sleep. There were extra blankets and pillows, which was perfect because the weather actually turned cold the first night we were there. The bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash along with plenty of towels, wash rags, and hand towels. I highly recommend this beautiful retreat and can't wait to stay again. The beach access was directly across from the street where the house is. We did rent a golf cart from a rental on the Peninsula. I will also say that it was raining when we arrived on Saturday evening so we were able to pull our cars up under the house. The next day we were able to use the nice picnic table underneath. There was also a barbecue pit however we did not try that out. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

My family and I absolutely loved the house!

The house is very nice and spotless, just as shown in the photos; the area is very quiet and close to the beach (you can't see it from the balcony but you can walk there), we felt that it is not a house for 6 people as indicated...in beds YES but in space and furniture NO it is not sufficient...what did we not like? 1) The structure moves a lot and you can hear even the slightest movement. 2) Check-In: super late at 4pm (they notified us 2 hours before that we could do it...how do you reorganize 6 people in such a short time? It makes no sense! 3) Check-out: too early, 10am, no hotel does it.. usually it is between 11:30-1pm.. I wrote to see if there was a possibility of late check-out and received a strict Sorry, but you can't do it. 4) We paid for 2 days but in reality it was 1.5... we didn't think it was fair. 5) There is no space or furniture to put personal items, neither in the rooms and even less so in the kitchen... and the closet is locked...everything is cluttered. 6) They do not provide absorbent paper (they put a super started), no aluminum foil, or soap for hands in the bathrooms... they only placed 5 towels and for the beach only 2-3. 7) There is no signage to locate the pool and children's games. Very cozy but I don't think I would return, at least not under the same circumstances.
