Overall pleased

I loved the property overall. Spacious living room with plenty of room for seating everyone. Gigantic porch overlooking the beach. Super beautiful well manicured lawn!❤️ Also impressed that the rental included towels, soaps, all the dishes you could need, and comfy beds! Def would go back to this house in the future!

Vacasa will text you to “offer” early check in if it’s available for “free” … Don’t even depend on it cause I stayed on the couch at my gf Airbnb across the street and notice the property was vacant so I ask for early check in but they texted back saying it we unavailable even tho I’m positive it was available. We had no issues getting into the main house. However, the 5th bedroom on the ground floor has a separate lockbox and the location of the lockbox and code is not on the check in instruction. The check in instruction simply just has “ The fifth bedroom is downstairs on the right, it has two double beds. The key is in the lockbox.” noted. We had to call and wait 2 hours to get in contact with someone to find the lockbox (which was hidden) and the code. They didn’t even know where or what the code was. They gave me the wrong code twice. Property is dark so it was very hard trying to find it. We were getting attack by mosquitos trying to find it. It was ridiculous and frustrating especially when calling you “help desk” they would have answers on hand instead they had to go find answers n constantly put you on hold. Lastly the wifi password listed on the instruction was incorrect. It wasnt until I called again to get them to tell me where the router was and I found the password label was different from what was listed in Vacasa. We had friends that needed wifi to work but had to go to another friend Airbnb to use their wifi. I complain while on the phone and ask for a discount but they avoided it and just apologized. The house itself was clean. Theres no ice in the freezer which was not listed on the listing. If you only need 4 bedroom n don’t need wifi it’s nice the property is very close to the beach.
