We had both types of weather and it housed our 10 guests comfortably. A/C worked great and kept us cold. Gorgeous bathrooms and cute beach decor throughout the home. Lots of outdoor seating with good views of the water with a short walk to the beach. It had needed amenities in the kitchen which covered our needs.

It’s a beautiful home outside, renters haven’t been gentle with it but very room. We checked in early as we were told then upon arriving and unloading told it wasn’t available for us due to plumbing issues and wanted to put a party of 16 in a motel or another house over an hour away. However they were nice enough to let us stay as we agreed to not use one restroom. We scooped water out of sink daily because it would fill up. We did this because it was easier than leaving and so close to the beach. It truly needs TLC but great location. I don’t think it was cleaned prior to our arrival nor did they offer the cleaning refund.
