This house is not as advertised at all. It is extremely worn down dirty and the dishwasher and freezer didn't work during our stay.

This property is a good rental, however; it is obvious it needs alot of maintenance as the physical aspects of the property have overlooked. Very loose Boards on the stars and upper Deck, the flooring in the kitchen and dining area leaves a lot to be desired. The cushions on the patio deck are a joke. The property just needs some TLC. The Google Nest Thermostat needs to go. Just get a basic working one, it doesnt have to be fancy. Overall it was a good stay, the house had everything listed, and pretty much all we needed. We've rented alot of beach houses over the years, compare to others, this is at or near the bottom of that list as far as eye pleasing and a place that looks like it is taken care of.

The door code was complicated, once we got into the house we didn’t lock the door till we left. The thermostat was also complicated took me several minutes to and having to google search to kinda figure it out. The shower in the house has terrible water pressure and going from bath to shower was tricky. If you need to shower use the out door! The washer and dryer are down stairs behind a lock door, I finally had to request the door code, would be nice to have that information posted in the house. The ice maker didn’t make ice and there was a nasty ice brick in the maker. The dish was is not mounted, so when you start to open the door it flings open and the washer tilts forward, watch your shins. We stay in a VRBO at least twice a year, this had to be the biggest headache. I go on vacation and expect everything to work great at a VRBO and this place was not. The location was great, the house needs attention. I had more issues but I have probably complained enough!

This is probably the 18th beach house we have rented and it was great! Especially for the price point. Location was perfect. Beach was a very short walk…. Only like 5-6 houses down the road. The home itself provided everything we needed for a beach vacation. Only thing I would change would be the beds and pillows. They weren’t comfortable. I usually bring my own pillows, and will next time I rent this home, because I definitely plan to rent again.
