This is a great property and Bolivar Vacations is a pleasure to do business with. This was our second year to stay at this house and we'll be back next year. Not only is the house big, comfortable, and well appointed, but Bolivar Vacations has excellent customer service. They communicate quickly and give you comprehensive information all the way down to how to operate appliances and more. They made our stay easy and stress free. Book this property with confidence.

We had a great stay! location was amazing and house was clean! Their were some neighbors who left their dogs unattended on the porch all day and they were non stop barking but we called customer service and they got the issue taken care of within no time. Will def be looking to booking with Bolivar Vacations for our spring break next year!!

This is the second year my ladies group have stayed at Mimosa Beach and we hope to return next year too! The accommodations are excellent and the staff are so helpful. Our coffee pot went out and within an hour, they had a new one for us! They go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable!

We took our annual family vacation this year and chose Bolivar Vacations as usual. This is our 3rd trip using this company. They are always great to work with. The house was absolutely great! The rooms were spacious and well appointed. We loved that there were bathrooms for each room upstairs. They were perfect for our grown kids and their families. Our 90 year old dad came with us. It was nice that he had his own room as well. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed. The A/C worked great. The views were amazing. The only thing I wished were different was a softer bed. If you like firm mattresses you will be very happy. I would go back in a heart beat! We loved being so close to the beach. It was great to be able to walk back to the house for snacks or whatever we forgot. Can't wait for our next vacation with Bolivar Vacation group.

We have never stayed in a rental that had a better equipped kitchen! Everything about mimosa was well done, clean and ready to make you feel at home. We will definitely rent again. We did have a hard time with the grill, but I think that was more the high winds off the beach than anything else.

Mimosa Beach is a beautiful place! The five bedrooms and 4 baths were a plus for our family of 10. The location was perfect for families as it is located in a quiet neighborhood away from the busy activities of Crystal Beach. We would definitely choose Mimosa Beach again!
