This house and location on Bolivar is awesome! The sweet house is better than expected. We have stayed in homes in Destin and each time we have been disappointed in the house in some way. Not the case with this gem! The rooms are really rooms with real beds and real full bathrooms attached to each. The kitchen had plenty of room and kitchen wears for any amount of cooking you choose to do. Thank you Sunkissed - what a breath of fresh air! We will be back many many times with family and friends!!

This property was a diamond. There were 4 separate families that were willing to split the cost for a beach vacation: my sister & her husband & their 2-year-old, me & my husband, my mother & father, and my grandmother. It was important that each couple that paid have their own private room: that's just not the way most beach houses are arranged. This property, however, allowed all the married couples to have their own space while also providing a comfortable bed for my grandmother, little brother, and his girlfriend. We also thoroughly enjoyed having a fenced in yard that our small dogs could occupy off of a leash. I highly recommend this property for any couples wanting to invest in a retreat without having to sleep like you're in a hostel.

We loved our stay on Crystal Beach! The location is phenomenal! The house is located a short walk from the beach, and there is vehicle access right there as well. The outside seating on the many balconies is wonderful, and the inside is fresh and beachy. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Every appliance is in good working order. The outdoor shower has hot water, so even in cold weather, we could comfortably wash off our feed after walks. The staff is very quick to respond, so any issues that arose got speedy attention! Everyone we worked with was very friendly. There are a few spots that need attention. The bathrooms have towel hooks in a vertical row, so wet towels hang on top of each other ensuring that they never dry. The rainforest shower head downstairs has low pressure, many clogged holes, and is difficult to use - would be so much better with the addition of a wall spout as well. Also, it does not have a shower curtain making it have a draft in chilly weather. Those are just minor issues. The biggest issue was the sleeper sofas upstairs. There are two in the same room with the bunkbeds. We expected an adult to sleep on one. One of them has a bent frame, so when unfolded, it's not flat, it's slanted. Both were missing multiple springs and an attempt at fixing them was made with zip-ties. That's not sufficient. Neither were comfortable enough to sleep on. The mattresses are very thin, and the bar through the middle makes them unusable for anyone, adult or child! One adult ended up sleeping on an air mattress. We only had 6 adults (4 beds needed) and 2 children (2 beds needed) in the house that should sleep many more, so it seemed ridiculous that the sofa beds were not sleepable. (Please note, there are 2 king beds, a queen, and the bunk bed is 2 full size mattresses. The sleepers should sleep 2-4 more people.) While we LOVE this group of houses and this company, and we have stayed here before, next time we will likely pick a different house from this set.

Great location. Great ocean views. Having two levels was great it allowed my parents to have their own separate space. Having balconies on both levels was also great. George was very responsive when we had any questions. There were a few issues with the televisions and the internet but George took care of those. The cell reception is intermittent at times, but I guess since you are on vacation you are trying to get a way from things anyway but we did have several calls dropped or could not make calls at times. If we are in the area again we will look to come back here.

I can not say enough wonderful things about this property, our stay was simply perfect! Home was clean, very welcoming, and location was great!

We had a great time at the Sunkissed location. Very well equipped and clean. We will be back. Only issue we had was with TV's. Remotes were not working or lost. We used that time to just spend more time together. :)
