Our visit was to celebrate a sweet 16 and it did not disappoint! There are 7 in our family (one is only weeks old) so the bed layout was perfect. The pool was super cold but it was exactly what the kids needed to get tired. The stove cooks evenly(made a great cake!) And the fridge held almost a week's worth of produce. The kids loved that they all had a TV in their room, which is a luxury they do not have at home. Our outdoorsy kid loved running soccer drills in the front yard and I didn't worry since it is located on a quiet road. If you're a techy, you'll appreciate the bedside tables with their charging ports and the adults appreciated the Keurig and a few pods left behind by previous guests (and left a few of ours, too!). As a mom, I appreciated the open layout so I could see whatever shenanigans the crew was getting into and they enjoyed getting to play board games when it was "too chilly"(we are from the north so I’m not really sure what exactly that means-ha ha!). Next time we come down, I hope Greystone is available. We would love to stay there again!

No heat in the home , it got down to 31• we were very cold. There is no access to the garage, you must park outside. Many regulations you need to know, like no trailer parking. The pool was nice but not heated, to cold to swim on the one day we could have.

The Vacasa team helped us find this home on a very short notice. Our interaction with the owners during our stay were beyond helpful! It was sincerely appreciated. This home is as described, pictures are also current. The neighborhood is quiet, calm and inviting. The home was well furnished allowing our comfortable 3 day stay!
