Upon arrival, guests will go directly to their room and use the door code provided to access the property. Their parking passes and pool bands will be left inside the unit. Guests will not need to check in at the front desk.
Our standard check-in time is 4 pm. Our standard check-out time is 11 am. An early check-in or a late check-out may be available for an additional fee.
We require 50% at the time of booking, and the remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival.
If a guest wants to cancel within 24 hours of booking AND their stay is 30 days or more away, we will allow a full refund. Once the 24 hours have passed, we have a strict no-cancellation policy. All payments will be forfeited if the reservation is canceled.
All of our properties are equipped with all the basic necessities!
We provide all linens and bedding for each bed, including pillows. For additional beds, such as Murphy beds or sleeper sofas, linens and blankets will be provided.
Per bathroom, we provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths, 1 hand towel, 1 bath mat, 3 rolls of toilet paper, 4 bars of soap, 1 lotion, 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, and 2 disposable makeup wipes.
For the kitchen, we provide a dish towel, dish cloth, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 bottle of dish liquid, and 2 dishwasher detergent packets if applicable. All of our towels and linens are laundered by a professional linen company. If more towels, linens, or toiletries are needed, we can provide those for an additional fee.
Most all properties at this resort require a minimum age of 18 to book.
You are allowed 2 parking spaces per property. Motorcycles and trailers are allowed but count as a parking space.
If the property has been cleaned, inspected, and there are no work orders active, we do our best to accommodate early check-ins for a small fee!
This is a non-smoking facility. Smoking inside the room or on the balcony is not permitted.
Pets are not allowed on our properties due to HOA regulations.
