Casa Juanchi

Dahir and and his team always make us feel welcome. We appreciate the units always being ready. We are typically checkingm in late, we leave early and don't get a lot of time to use everything that is offered. My friends used another company last week for the MPE tournament and they went to check in to a condo that wasn't cleaned and ready. I'm happy i have never had that happen with Casago.

Estar en Casa Juanchi fue toda una experiencia. El recibimiento fue excepcional, con la casa iluminada, las fuentes prendidas y musica relajante. La casa está súper equipada, cuenta con todo lo que necesites para tener una estancia completa, la decoración es preciosa y tiene muchos detalles que te hacen sentir como en casa. Limpieza excelente! El fraccionamiento es muy grande y muy tranquilo, en verdad es para descansar, ya que no ser permiten fiestas o ruidos y la mayoría de la gente que vive son boomers ya jubilados. Cuenta con albercas, tiendas, boutiques y restaurantes. No tienes que salir. La atención de los administradores de Casago es excelente, gran comunicación e información por parte de ellos en todo momento. El único detalle que cambiaría es que las camas no son firmes. De ahí en más le pongo un 9.5 de calificación. Me encantaría regresar muchas veces a Casa Juanchi! Elizabeth.

Casa Juanchi was a comfortable home for us 4 Adults staying for the month of February 2024. The service provided by Casago at Loreto Bay (Nopolo) was fantastic. From the communication prior to our arrival to the prompt service we received during our stay made the experience an incredible one. A huge thanks to Dahir, Fernando and the rest of the Casago Team. You made our stay in Loreto Bay (Nopolo) so easy and comfortable. THANK YOU! We would like to provide some feedback to the owners of Casa Juanchi with hopes they make a few updates and changes for future guests. Firstly, Casa Juanchi is advertised as having the ability to house ‘6 guests'. We don't understand how that would be possible with only two King size beds/bedrooms available. Is this an oversight on the owners or Casago? Something to be aware of for guests potentially needing a home for 6, when Casa Juanchi can only accommodate 4 guests. The following are some items we felt given the price we paid for our time at Casa Juanchi could be updated. We paid $5,265 USD (all in) for 28 nights at Casa Juanchi, and were fine with what we paid. But these items are something we expect when renting a home: Sheets, pillowcases, pillows and more importantly the beds could be updated. These items are all pretty tired, so updating those for the price guest's pay would be a huge improvement. Some bath towels also need updating, as well as some of the pool towels. More dinner plates, side plates and cereal bowls are needed. 6 of each are not enough when there are 4 guests. 8 or 10 would be more appropriate for a rental for 4 guests. Glassware was great, including coffee mugs. Adding a salad spinner or lettuce spinner would be a great addition to the kitchen essentials. The wooden salad bowl needs replacing as it has a crack in the side, so the dressing leaks out. Having a second 'Safe Box' in the main bedroom would be a nice addition for the guests staying on the ground floor. With the only 'Safe Box' being in the upper bedroom, we were all constantly ensuring that our valuables were upstairs and locked up. This small addition to the rental would be nice for all guests. Lighting needs updating and can we suggest LED light bulbs? We did buy a couple LED lights for the kitchen pendant lights, and that made a huge improvement. Updating the rest of Casa Juanchi with better lighting would be great for those renting that are of our vintage. Lastly, the top deck at Casa Juanchi was a fun place to sit at the end of the day to watch the sunset. However, only two bar stool chairs are provided, meaning two guests sit on the wooden benches. Having two more bar stool chairs for the top deck is a MUST in our opinion. Thank you for hearing us out on our feedback and hope you consider making these changes for future guests. We loved our time in Loreto Bay and staying at Casa Juanchi.

Excelente lugar, atención y ubicación. Es precioso y muy cómodo. Definitivamente volveré para disfrutar de este alojamiento.
